ABOUT ROBERT
Informed perspective.
Thoughtful representation.
Robert Blanco is a founding partner and the managing partner of Blanco & Arias. His practice focuses on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment litigation. He brings a detailed understanding of claims handling and litigation to his work for clients.
Before founding the firm, Robert represented self-insured employers and public entities at a workers’ compensation defense firm. Earlier in his legal career, he represented injured workers as an associate at a Los Angeles employment and workers’ compensation firm. That experience on both sides of a claim informs his approach to preparing and presenting a client’s case.
Robert also worked as a contractor with the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Before becoming an attorney, he handled automobile medical payments and property and casualty claims for national insurance companies.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he received a Mexican American Bar Association scholarship. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside, where he was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society.
